  1. This in Response to Mr Mazher Hussain's article in the Hindu on 6 dec 2012.
Question is that who restricted the Muslims from getting educated , and who
denied them economic and development opportunities , as the writer has claimed in first para of article . It is quite
objectionable statement from a Muslim intelligentsia . If Dr Kalam can
hold top rank in India then it is baseless and idiotic claim . Govt
can open schools but can not compel you to go and read until unless you
have hunger for knowledge and education . When Muslim Ulemas will
promote the community to get education in madarsas rather than promoting
and encouraging the community for vocational and technical training ,
this is bound to happen . So I request Mr Mazhar Hussan and others like
him that rather blaming and claiming otherwise, they should come forward
to promote technical and vocational education in their community . Poors are in every section of
society but one who knows that knowledge is power , he becomes knowledge
seeker and contributes positively in the society . If you motivate your
community for getting technical education that will make them more
powerful but you want to play political tricking by number game then there are lot of Mulayams and likewise who are smart enough to befool you by giving you lip service but contributing to the community very little , just as giving some money for marriage of daughters of muslims , that one also on the cost of ex chequer's pocket.
