Fracture dislocation Hip Joint

28 year old male patients presented with dislocation Rt Hip due to Road side accident.

Xray and CT revealed fracture of posterior wall of acetabulum along with instability.

Open Reduction and internal fixation was done through posterior apprach. Patient able to walk without any aid within 8 weeks, with well United fracture.

our ancestors must have been visionary as they were able to predict , that the day may come when all the aspirant candidates going for elections of assembly and parliament , might not be fit for representing the people because of their doubtful character, so they give this provision in 1961 i.e. half century back in THE CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS RULES, 1961: NOW IT IS OUR DUTY TO GET IT CHANGED INTO RIGHT TO REJECT:According to THE CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS RULES, 1961:

49-O. Elector deciding not to vote.—If an elector, after his electoral roll number has been duly entered in the register of voters in Form 17A and has put his signature or thumb impression thereon as required under sub-rule (1) of rule 49L, decided not to record his vote, a remark to this effect shall be made against the said entry in Form 17A by the presiding officer and the signature or thumb impression of the elector shall be obtained against such remark.

निर्वाचनों का संचालन नियम, 1961 के अनुसार :

49ण - निर्वाचक का मत न देने के लिए विनिश्चय करना --- यदि कोई निर्वाचक, उसका निर्वाचक नामावली संख्यांक मतदाता रजिस्टर में प्ररूप 17क में सम्यक रूप से प्रविष्ट किये जाने और नियम 39ठ के उपनियम (1) के अधीन अपेक्षित रूप में उस पर अपने हस्ताक्षर करने या अंगूठे की छाप लगाने के पश्चात अपना मत अभिलिखित न करने का विनिश्चय करता है तो उस आशय की एक टिप्पणी पीठासीन अधिकारी प्ररूप 17क में उक्त प्रविष्टी के सामने लिखेगा और निर्वाचक के हस्ताक्षर या अंगूठे की छाप ऐसी टिपण्णी के सामने अभिप्राप्त करेगा |

पहले इस देश के नेताओं ने इस देश का बटवारा किया , अब ये इस समाज को अन्दर से बाटने की कोशिश कर रहें हैं / पांच साल तक किसी को याद नहीं याद रहता है की मेरी बिरादरी और मेरे धर्म का कमजोर और गरीब आदमी किस हालत में है, और उसकी सामाजिक सरोकारों को कैसे दूर किया जाय / / लेकिन चुनाव के मौके पर इतना जरूर याद आ जाता है कि इस इलाके में ठाकुर ज्यादा , उस इलाके में बाभन ज्यादा हैं , यहाँ कुर्मी ज्यादा हैं और वहां मुसलमान ज्यादा हैं. और उसी हिसाब से उम्मेदवारी घोषित की जाती है /
टिकेट बाँटते वक़्त ये नेता जिस कांफिडेंस से जाति और धर्म की गडित से टिकेट बाँटते हैं , उसको देख कर हैरत होती है कि कब तक ये जनता को बेवकूफ समझते रहेंगें /लगता है आजादी के ६५ साल बाद भी, ये देश की भोली भाली जनता की भावनाओं को कुरेदते रहेंगे , और जाति और धर्म की राजनीति, अपने हित को साधने में इस्तेमाल करते रहेंगे और पब्लिक को बेवकूफ बनाते रहेंगे /
समाज को बांटने की इस देशद्रोही शाजिश में मीडिया का भी काफी हाँथ है / जिस तरह की जाति और धर्म आधारित विश्लेषण ये मीडिया के बन्दर / एंकर करते हैं , उससे लगता है की ये नेताओं की रही सही कमी भी पूरी कर देते हैं / इनको कैसे पता होता है की कुर्मी कुर्मी को , और बाभन , बाभन को सिर्फ इसलिए vote देदेगा क़ि वह उसकी जाति बिरादरी का है / कोई सिर्फ मेरी जाति बिरादरी का होने की वजह से मेरा कौन सा भला कर देगा , ये बात क्या पब्लिक नहीं जानती है / ये अपनी मदारीगिरी को कोई भी नाम देदेगें जैसे सामाजिक इन्जिनीरिंग या कोई और नाम / समय कि मांग है कि इन नेताओं को बताया जाय कि अब हम जाति और धर्म के नाम पर नही विकास और भ्रसटाचार के मुद्दों वाली राजनीति में विश्वास करते हैं /
